Assessment - if you are not testing, you are just guessing

  • A video tape analysis before and after is performed along with our 3-step assessment to evaluate; stride length, stride frequency and vertical jump

Strength - making the muscles stronger to make you faster

  • Resistance and plyometric excercises targeting the major muscle groups necessary to acheive optimum speed

Technique - we hone our athlete's technique with a progression of drills, one building on the other, with repitition

  • The ultimate goal is for the athlete to run correctly with no conscience thought

Cancellation Policy: Only pay for sessions used. If you cannot attend your scheduled session, please contact us via email or call the gym. Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated.

Scheduling can be done by e mailing us at accplus2001@yahoo.com or calling 908-447-8758 (cell) or 908-222-9700 (gym) and just leave a message. Make sure you indicate what session you are attending speed or weight training also the day date and time. Supervised programs can be scheduled on the hour or half hour. Sessions generally run one hour or a little longer.
